Job Title: AI Engineer Role Summary: Integrate AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face) into internal and customer-facing tools, develop AI‑driven workflows, and craft prompt strategies to enhance productivity and user experience. Work closely with product, engineering, and operations to embed AI across the platform. Expactations: Deliver production-ready AI features that are secure, performant, and compliant. Maintain high code quality with rigorous testing. Keep abreast of AI API updates and evaluate opportunities for new use cases. Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate progress clearly. Key Responsibilities (bullet list): • Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, and other LLM APIs into internal tools and customer applications. • Design and implement AI‑powered workflows (e.g., content summarization, support automation, documentation generation, intelligent query handling). • Build prompt chains and strategies tailored to engineering, product, and operational functions. • Write robust, testable, maintainable code in Python or NodeJS. • Ensure AI features meet security, compliance, and performance standards. • Stay current with AI tooling, assess new APIs, and propose enhancements. • Work with cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑value AI use cases.
