Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Information Technology Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead IT support for Aventum Group’s global operations via fixed-term contract, ensuring SLA compliance and seamless technology operations. Focus on end-user support, system administration, insurance platform management, and security protocols. **Expectations:** - Act as escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving tickets within 99%+ SLA targets. - Drive process optimization through automation and documentation of IT policies. - Ensure daily operational integrity of IT infrastructure and insurance systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide 1st/2nd-line support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and hardware/software environments. - Administer insurance policy administration systems (e.g., Sequel, Applied Epic) and resolve integration/operational issues. - Manage user access, JML (joiners/movers/leavers) processes, and licensing compliance. - Support network security (VPNs, firewalls), disaster recovery, and IT security compliance (MFA, endpoint management). - Liaise with underwriters, claims teams, and vendors to address operational IT challenges. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, Teams) administration. - Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, networking). - ITIL framework knowledge with SLA/escalation management experience. - Familiarity with insurance policy administration systems and industry-specific applications (claims, underwriting). - Network fundamentals: LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and endpoint security. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Demonstrated experience as Senior IT Support Engineer (min. 5 years). - Certifications in Microsoft 365 Admin Center or ITIL 4 preferred.
