Job Description

Job Title: MES Project Engineer (F/M) Role Summary Execution of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects in the pharmaceutical sector, encompassing functional analysis, solution definition, development or configuration (C#, .NET, ASP, SQL, VB), testing, deployment support, validation, and maintenance. Works under a Senior Engineer and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams. Expectations - Deliver functional, high‑reliability MES solutions that meet client production and reliability goals. - Maintain clear and timely communication with project stakeholders, including senior leadership, developers, and clients. - Demonstrate proficiency in both development and configuration of industrial software. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance post‑deployment. - Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes through knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct functional requirement analysis with project teams. 2. Define and research industrial IT solutions that satisfy client needs. 3. Design, develop, or configure MES applications using C#, .NET, ASP, SQL, or existing MES platforms. 4. Develop and execute technical test plans; assist clients during go‑live support. 5. Implement validation and qualification protocols for the solution. 6. Provide maintenance and support for deployed MES solutions. 7. Share experiences, challenges, and improvement ideas with team members to foster growth. Required Skills - Functional and requirements analysis. - Industrial IT solution architecture. - Programming in C#, .NET, ASP, SQL, VB. - Relational database proficiency (SQL Server, Oracle). - Experience configuring or working with MES software (preferred). - Technical testing, validation, and qualification of software systems. - Strong written and verbal communication in English. - Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative problem‑solving. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor (Bac+3) or Master (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - Solid foundation in software development and database management. - Certifications in MES systems or industrial automation are advantageous but not mandatory.
