Job title: Junior Python Backend Developer Role Summary: Entry‑level backend developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Python services. Works closely with AI engineers, front‑end teams, and stakeholders to deliver clean, well‑tested code, develop RESTful APIs, and optimize performance. Expectations: - Deliver reliable, high‑quality code within sprint cycles. - Continuously improve code quality through testing and peer reviews. - Adapt quickly to new technologies and architectural challenges. - Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain robust Python applications. - Design and develop REST APIs using Django/Django‑Rest‑Framework. - Optimize performance and scalability of services. - Write comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests. - Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. - Develop CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Docker) and manage deployments (Terraform, AWS). - Collaborate with AI and front‑end teams to integrate data pipelines and service components.
