Job Description: **Job Title** Process Development Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Industrialize new medical device products by developing robust manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including supply chain, quality, and executive stakeholders, to deliver scalable solutions that meet regulatory and performance standards. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of process development experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device environments. - Proven ability to translate experimental data into production‑grade processes. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a technical foundation in process engineering. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate process development activities with internal and external subject‑matter experts. - Define and implement process development strategies aligned with product goals. - Manage relationships and monitor performance of international supplier partners. - Actively participate in all development phases—from concept to scaling and validation. - Lead technical meetings, prepare presentations, and deliver updates to top management in English. **Required Skills** - Process development in regulated environments (pharma/medical devices). - Technical expertise in manufacturing technology, equipment selection, and process optimization. - Leadership and team‑management abilities. - Strong oral and written communication, with a focus on clear, concise presentations. - Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with curiosity and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years, or Master’s/Engineer’s degree (Bac + 5) from a recognized engineering faculty. - Relevant certifications in process engineering or quality management are advantageous but not mandatory.
