Visual Merchandising Manager – EMEA
**Role Summary**
Lead and harmonize the visual merchandising vision across >30 stores and key wholesale touchpoints in the EMEA region. Translate global concepts into consistent, high‑impact store execution, drive alignment with merchandising, buying, and regional leadership, and ensure brand consistency while adapting to local commercial needs.
**Expectations**
- 8–10+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury fashion, with a track record of managing cross‑country teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team of visual merchandisers.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the region and work under tight timelines.
- Fluent English; French or Southern European language proficiency a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate the EMEA visual merchandising vision, aligning it with global leadership, brand, and buying teams.
- Participate in pre‑season strategy sessions, providing market insights and ensuring consistent global standards.
- Oversee seasonal floorsets, launches, and global initiatives for >30 stores and resort locations.
- Manage end‑to‑end visual processes: product/prop ordering, logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site installation.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and coaching to maintain visual standards; document changes with reports and photography.
- Collaborate daily with Regional Merchandising to align VM execution with collection calendars and store priorities.
- Partner with Retail Leaders to drive visual performance and operational readiness.
- Lead special projects (fashion week activations, trunk shows, pop‑ups, large‑scale installations) from concept to completion.
- Build and scale tools, processes, and communication channels that enable store autonomy and best‑in‑class brand experiences.
- Manage the EMEA VM travel and project budget, providing accurate reporting, planning, and forecasting.

- Advanced planning, organization, and project‑management expertise.
- Strong visual eye with deep knowledge of current trends, color theory, storytelling, and experiential retail.

- High attention to detail, creativity, and self‑motivation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- No specific certifications required; professional experience and portfolio demonstrating visual merchandising expertise are essential.
