**Job title:** Email & CRM Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate end‑to‑end email and SMS marketing for a portfolio of live entertainment and arts & culture clients. Drive strategy, campaign creation, technical execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to deliver measurable ticket sales and engagement results.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑quality email and SMS campaigns on schedule, meeting tight deadlines for events, promotions, and lifecycle triggers.
- Maintain clean, accurate audience data and segmentation logic across multiple CRM platforms.
- Translate client goals into actionable, data‑driven lifecycle marketing strategies and report on outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with account, creative, and technical teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay current on industry best practices, deliverability, and regulatory compliance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR/CCPA) to protect brand reputation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own full lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns: strategy, build (HTML & drag‑and‑drop), QA, deployment, optimization, and reporting.
- Create and manage campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tessitura; develop automated flows (welcome, reminders, re‑engagement) and manage branching workflows.
- Construct HTML emails, optimize templates for mobile, conduct QA (links, rendering, deliverability).
- Develop audience segments based on ticketing behavior, demographics, engagement, and custom CRM fields; personalize messaging for maximum relevance.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; generate actionable insights, testing results, and customer journey improvements.
- Present performance recaps to internal teams and clients; maintain custom reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, in‑house app).
- Provide industry insights, benchmark data, and client case studies; keep teams informed of media landscape changes.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proficient in Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or Tessitura; quick to learn new platforms.
- Strong HTML email editing and responsive template development experience.
- Deep understanding of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, deliverability, and analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for live entertainment, Broadway, and arts & culture is advantageous.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Achievements or certifications in email marketing (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) are a plus.
