**Job Title** Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Senior 3rd line technical engineer serving as the escalation point for a large MSP that supports over 5,000 users across 100 media‑industry businesses. Responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, managing and upgrading infrastructure, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions across hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments. **Expectations** * Demonstrate proactive, customer‑focused problem solving and professional communication. * Maintain high‑quality documentation and client relationship management. * Engage in continuous learning and development of technical skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Provide third‑line support, escalating and resolving complex technical issues for clients and junior engineers. 2.
