Job Description
**Job title**: Compliance Manager **Role Summary**: Oversees corporate compliance program, leads SOC2/ISO27001 audit preparation, manages facility security clearance, and ensures adherence to regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, CJIS, PIPEDA, and CMMC. Acts as Facility Security Officer, coordinating with PSPC, CISD, and other stakeholders. **Expectations**: - Maintain Secret‑Level security clearance. - Deliver audit‑ready compliance posture and respond to due‑diligence inquiries. - Evaluate acquisition compliance requirements and coordinate remediation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with Director of Compliance to prepare for SOC2/ISO27001, HIPAA, CJIS, PIPEDA, CMMC audits and assessments. - Identify and document gaps in compliance controls, develop action plans, and verify remediation. - Serve as primary liaison with PSPC’s Contract Security Program and maintain Facility Security Clearances. - Process and manage personnel clearances (Secret level). - Engage with Sales and Customer Success teams to answer due‑diligence questionnaires. - Conduct compliance readiness reviews for new acquisitions and integration projects. - Communicate compliance status, risks, and corrective actions to senior management and relevant departments. **Required Skills**: - 3–5 years of compliance experience with SOC2 and/or ISO27001 audits. - 3+ years in industrial or facility security. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and manage stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or related field). - Eligibility for or possession of a Secret‑Level security clearance. - Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified SOC 2 Professional preferred.
