Job Title: Executive Assistant – Housing Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Housing and the senior leadership team, managing calendars, correspondence, meeting logistics, document preparation, and assisting with internal validation processes and city policy projects. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong drafting and editing abilities. - Document management, including filing, transcription, and message transmission. - Meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and logistics planning. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management capabilities. - Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability in dynamic settings.
