**Job title:** Data & AI Project Manager – Engineering & Innovation
**Role Summary:**
Lead high‑impact data and artificial intelligence projects from opportunity identification through to operational deployment across a large group. Drive innovation by monitoring emerging technologies, assessing feasibility, structuring initiatives, and managing end‑to‑end delivery in an agile environment.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing innovative data/AI projects in complex settings (consulting, ESN, multinational group).
- Advanced technical knowledge (cloud, data lakes, BI, analytics, AI – NLP, predictive, automation).
- Strong analytical, proactive mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
- Fluency in English; ability to coordinate with international teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Technology Exploration & Innovation** – Conduct continuous market watch on AI, data management, cloud and collaborative tools; identify solutions aligned with business, organizational, and medical objectives.
- **Strategic Qualification & Scoping** – Evaluate technical feasibility, resource requirements, timelines, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR). Define project scope, objectives, budget, governance, KPIs, and technical choices in partnership with architects and SI experts.
- **Project Delivery & Governance** – Manage deployment of validated projects: control deadlines, cost, quality, and risk. Coordinate internal (business, IT) and external (vendors) stakeholders; lead Agile project committees. Oversee specification, integration, testing, and acceptance phases to ensure coherent architecture alignment.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven project management in digital/AI initiatives, with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) expertise.
- Deep understanding of data ecosystems: cloud platforms, data lakes, BI, analytical tools, and AI applications (NLP, predictive analytics, automation).
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice‑versa.
- Experience managing resources, budgets, and risks in demanding environments.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong drive for innovation and measurable impact in healthcare contexts.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) from engineering school, university or grande école, specializing in data science, artificial intelligence, computer science, applied mathematics or digital transformation.
- Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) preferred.
