**Job Title:** HVAC & Fluids Works Engineer **Role Summary:** Oversee HVAC and fluid installation work packages on complex building projects across France, from execution to handover. Manage one or more lots, coordinate site teams, monitor safety, assist in financial tracking, and contribute to technical studies. **Expactations:** Deliver high‑quality, on‑time execution, maintain safety and contractual compliance, communicate effectively, demonstrate technical curiosity, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and validate execution studies for HVAC/fluids work packages. - Contribute to planning development and progress monitoring. - Observe and assist on‑site coordination and teamwork. - Support financial tracking of contracts. - Prepare and facilitate construction site meetings with project managers. - Enforce site safety compliance and procedures. - Design and produce small technical studies. **Required Skills:** - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and fluid systems. - Project coordination and scheduling. - Site safety awareness. - Basic financial monitoring. - Effective communication and meeting facilitation. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in an engineering program (energy, HVAC, mechanical or related specialty). - Final‑year student or recent graduate preferred. - Familiarity with French building regulations and standards (advantageous). - No mandatory certifications required at this stage.
