**Job title:** Marketing Intern (2026)
**Role Summary:**
Support the global marketing team in a fast‑paced private‑markets firm by assisting with event coordination, branding material production, digital marketing activities, database management, and sales enablement. The role is part‑time, on‑site in London, and spans June 2026 – May 2027.
**Expactations:**
- Work part‑time, in‑person, adhering to the internship timeline.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a positive team‑oriented attitude.
- Maintain high attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate conferences and events (venue/vendor research, logistics, attendee management, inventory, invitations, website creation, post‑event reporting, payments).
- Create, format, and review marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Support culture, community, and charitable program communications.
- Maintain marketing platforms (Seismic, Salesforce, SharePoint).
- Assist digital marketing efforts: poster design, email campaigns, social media.
- Schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Provide sales‑enablement and fundraising support.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Teams a plus).
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Seismic, Salesforce, SharePoint).
