Job Description

Job Title: 2026 Venture Capital Summer Analyst Role Summary: Participate in the investment team’s analysis, monitoring, and research of venture capital fund and direct investment opportunities, while gaining exposure to the broader private markets ecosystem through data‑driven projects and partnership interactions. Expectations: - Undergraduate graduate between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027. - Eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. - GPA ≥ 3.2. - Interest in pursuing a career in global private markets post‑graduation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quantitative analysis, including company and manager modeling and valuation. - Conduct company, manager, and industry research. - Participate in due diligence calls with company management and General Partners. - Assist with transaction execution across fund, direct, and secondary deals. - Produce concise investment recommendations (one‑page summaries, memorandums). - Develop and maintain proprietary market intelligence. - Execute investment monitoring and other ad‑hoc projects. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Strong analytical and quantitative/modeling abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team player with a strong work ethic.
