Job Title: IT Infrastructure Service Manager (M/F)
Role Summary
Lead the Group’s IT Infrastructure Service, ensuring operational readiness and evolution of internal and client‑facing IT systems across multiple sites, while driving modernization, security, and cost‑effective architecture.
Expectations
- Deliver a resilient 24/7 infrastructure supporting automated handling systems.
- Drive global modernization roadmap, integrating ERP, BI, network, datacenter, cloud, and end‑user solutions.
- Maintain fiscal discipline, manage budgets, and oversee project lifecycles from concept to deployment.
- Participate in bids and client projects, providing competitive IT solutions and technical explanations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 18 IT staff (project managers, architects, system/network admins, support).
- Contribute to roadmap development and architecture selections aligned with strategic goals.
- Set, monitor, and control budgets for infrastructure initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Lead R&D activities and technology scouting to keep solutions cutting‑edge.
- Ensure continuity, performance, and optimization of network, datacenters, workstations, telephony, and videoconferencing.
- Advance standard IT solutions for client deployments and integrate them with automated handling systems.
- Prepare and price solutions for tenders and manage onsite implementation.
- Oversee 24/7 maintenance and support contracts for client infrastructures.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
Required Skills
- Proven Leadership in IT Infrastructure Management (industrial multi‑site environment).
- Expertise in network, datacenter, cloud, ERP, BI, and telecommunication architecture.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- R&D mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
- Excellent communication, client liaison, and proposal development skills.
- Fluency in professional English; French language acceptable.
- Adaptable, organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize under tight deadlines.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware, AWS/Azure) preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive responsibility in IT infrastructure leadership.
