Job Description

Job Title: Technical IAM Expert / Identity and Access Consultant Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for large enterprise clients. Manage deployments of Neopage, Neosync, and partner tools such as ForgeRock/Ping, One Identity, Keycloak, and Evidian. Provide technical expertise, best‑practice guidance, and support throughout project lifecycles. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end IAM solutions that meet client security and compliance requirements. - Collaborate closely with senior technical leadership and client stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards, emerging IAM technologies, and partner platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements and design IAM architecture accordingly. - Implement and configure ID‑Visualization tools (Neopage, Neosync) and integrate third‑party IAM solutions. - Perform integration of authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). - Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of IAM deployments. - Document solutions, create technical guides, and deliver knowledge transfer to client staff. - Provide post‑deployment support and continual improvement recommendations. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IAM solution design, deployment, and integration. - Hands‑on expertise with Neopage, Neosync, ForgeRock/Ping, One Identity, Keycloak, Evidian and similar platforms. - Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access governance, SSO, MFA, and identity federation. - Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). - Advanced knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, REST APIs, and cloud IAM services. - Professional English communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+5) or Master‑level degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a specialized IT security program. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor‑specific IAM credentials (e.g., ForgeRock OIDC Admin, One Identity Architect) are highly desirable.
