Job Title: AI Scientist Role Summary Apply advanced AI and machine learning techniques to analyze clinical, real‑world, and pharmaceutical datasets with the goal of generating actionable insights in respiratory medicine and related therapeutic areas. Operate within regulated healthcare environments, ensuring scientific rigor, reproducibility, and compliance. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality analyses and models within agreed timelines. - Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Continuously update technical expertise in AI, ML, and data science. - Collaborate cross‑functionally and support team objectives. Key Responsibilities - Analyze complex datasets from hospitals, pharma, and healthcare systems using AI and statistical methods. - Adapt, extend, and maintain existing codebases to support new hypotheses and project needs. - Develop robust data‑analysis pipelines, reviewing methodologies and ensuring accuracy and reproducibility. - Build and validate machine‑learning and deep‑learning models to extract insights. - Evaluate diverse datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. - Define project objectives, analytical approaches, and deliverables in partnership with scientists, engineers, and stakeholders. - Prepare written reports, visualizations, and presentations tailored to varied audiences. - Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and resolving technical challenges. - Stay current on AI, ML, and data science trends; participate in ongoing training. Required Skills - Proficiency in Python and version control (Git). - Experience with machine‑learning, deep‑learning, and statistical modeling. - Data curation, model validation, and evaluation techniques. - Ability to understand, modify, and improve existing codebases. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. - Well‑organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities. Required Education & Certifications - Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience applying AI techniques in a regulated or clinical context (experience with medical/clinical data is preferred). ---
