Job Description

Work closely with business and technical experts from requirement definition through to delivery, embracing product‑centric culture, strong autonomy, and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Produce reliable, detail‑oriented code and maintain high‑quality standards. - Collaborate constantly with domain and technical experts. - Participate from need‑analysis to deployment, offering optimal solutions. - Operate with strong autonomy while aligning with team and product goals. - Demonstrate technical curiosity and apply technology to meet user needs. - Contribute to ongoing process, business, and technical enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and elaborate business requirements. - Estimate effort and design technical solutions. - Implement features using Java and related technologies. - Deliver functional increments that provide business value on a regular cadence. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects. - Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and validate delivered code. **Required Skills:** - Proficient Java (8+), Spring Framework, Maven. - Experience with backend technologies: Kafka, Hibernate, Oracle, ElasticSearch. - Familiarity with distributed architectures (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Microservices). - Knowledge of DDD concepts and JavaFX (frontend). - Version control (Git/BitBucket), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), issue tracking (Jira). - Agile/Kanban workflow experience. - Strong teamwork, communication, and openness to learning. - Commitment to coding standards, continuous integration, and version management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE; Spring Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
