Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Health Business Engineer – Private Healthcare Establishments (F/M) **Role Summary:** Drive commercial growth and client retention for a French healthcare software provider’s ERP solution (Hospital Manager) within the private private‑sector portfolio. Build and sustain strong relationships with current clients, secure contract renewals, promote new services, and generate additional sales. **Expectations:** - Achieve set renewal and upsell targets. - Leverage deep understanding of health‑IT solutions to demonstrate value. - Exhibit high analytical, communication and teamwork skills. - Adapt quickly to new product features and market trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain close contact with existing private healthcare clients. - Identify renewal opportunities and negotiate contract extensions. - Draft and present commercial proposals and service offers. - Promote the full suite of group solutions and new features. - Execute add‑on sales initiatives within the client base. - Attend industry events and trade shows as required. - Participate in training to master ERP functionalities and sales methodologies. **Required Skills:** - Prior experience in software sales, especially within health‑IT or ERP environments. - Strong client‑needs analysis and solution‑selling capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication (French required, English desirable). - Team orientation and active listening. - Rapid learning ability and adaptability. - Basic proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Business, Marketing, or a related commercial field. - At least 1–2 years in a comparable sales role within a software or systems‑integration company. - No specific certifications mandatory; knowledge of e‑health regulations and ERP systems is advantageous.
