The skeyes air traffic controllers manage over 3,000 aircraft every day, which makes up over a million flight movements per year. The autonomous public company is active at the heart of Europe, in one of the busiest and most complex sections of airspace of the continent.

skeyes is active at Brussels Airport and at the airports of Antwerp, Charleroi, Kortrijk, Liege and Ostend. Thanks to its CANAC 2 control centre skeyes manages the flight movements above Belgium and a part of Luxembourg up to an altitude of 7,500 metres.

Expectations: Work rotating 24/7 shift cycles alternating with day‑shift weeks; undergo National Security Authority screening; hold strong English proficiency (Dutch or French preferred); possess a valid driver’s licence; receive on‑the‑job training if required. Key Responsibilities - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on radar data and flight‑plan processing systems. - Monitor ATM operations continuously within the Technical Watch Center. - Detect and analyse system anomalies, coordinating timely interventions. - Assist the installation and integration of new equipment and technologies. - Participate in project teams implementing new aviation solutions. - Operate independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Job Description

Job Title: Support Engineer – Data Role Summary: Ensure continuous operation and reliability of aircraft–ATC data communication systems, including corrective maintenance, configuration, and integration of new technologies. Expectations: Operate 24/7 support shifts, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, adhere to aviation standards and regulations, maintain documentation and technical specifications, respond swiftly to incidents, and continuously update knowledge of aviation data protocols and cyber security requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data communication equipment. - Draft technical specifications for replacement/renewal of communication systems and international infrastructure. - Support installation, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cyber security). - Follow up on compliance with SESAR, SWIM, NewPENS, and other international aviation programmes. - Monitor and analyze network performance (OSI layers, TCP/IP, fibre, UTP, Cu). - Liaise with suppliers and coordinate support tasks. - Document all incidents, maintenance activities, and configuration changes.
