Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Analyst responsible for understanding client strategy challenges, performing data analysis, and producing insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Works closely with Project Leaders and Partners, presenting findings and supporting decision‑making across diverse consulting engagements. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality analytical reports and presentations to senior executives. - Engage in primary research, data mining, and methodology development. - Participate in client relationship building, MVP design, and entrepreneurial initiatives. - Travel within Europe as required. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured analysis and primary research to uncover insights supporting client recommendations. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and tailored presentations. - Present analyses to client and internal teams, consulting on practical implementation. - Develop and refine analytical models in Excel (including advanced functions). - Collaborate with consulting, design, and data science teams to prototype MVPs and entrepreneurial solutions. - Maintain and deepen client relationships, identifying emerging business needs. Required Skills: - Strong quantitative analytical and Excel modeling skills. - Proficient in PowerPoint for structured client presentations. - Excellent written and oral communication; capacity to convey complex ideas simply. - Detail‑oriented with strong multi‑tasking ability. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, non‑hierarchical environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Management (or equivalent). - Minimum of 0.5–2 years relevant analytical or consulting experience. - Fluent in English; Italian language is a plus. - Familiarity with database and statistical data analysis tools beneficial.
