Job Description: Job Title: Customer Advisor Role Summary: Customer Advisor in a manufacturer‑owned automotive dealership engages with customers throughout the aftersales journey. Responsibilities include estimating repair work, proposing additional services, quoting and selling service plans, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Expectations: * Deliver professional, timely communication across all customer touchpoints. * Utilize digital sales and service systems efficiently. * Meet or exceed sales targets for additional work and service plans. * Resolve customer concerns quickly while preserving trust and loyalty.
