Job Description
**Job title:** IT CRM Business Analyst – Veeva **Role Summary:** Act as the primary liaison for local users, providing technical support, training, and consultancy for Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, and Veeva Align. Translate business needs into Veeva requirements, drive continuous improvement, and ensure data integrity and system integration for the Canadian organization within a global IT commercial & digital framework. **Expectations:** - Serve as the single point of contact for all Veeva‑related inquiries. - Deliver timely, accurate solutions to user issues and requests. - Enable users to maximize platform value and support commercial objectives. - Collaborate with global stakeholders to plan, implement, and test new features through the global governance process. - Maintain high data quality and system configuration standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, document, and translate local business requirements and user stories for Veeva systems. - Provide expert consultation on Veeva configuration, data management, and business process improvement. - Manage Veeva Align territory and Multi‑Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) configuration and sample lot management. - Conduct data loads, cleanup, and ongoing maintenance to uphold data integrity. - Review and document integrations with external systems (e.g., McKesson, Knipper). - Assist global IT CRM initiatives: disseminate updates, support user training, and facilitate testing of enhancements. - Investigate and resolve user‑reported issues, minimizing business disruption. - Provide on‑site support during National Sales Meetings and other user events. - Support governance activities, including configuration audits and change management. - Assist CommEx/CommOps with establishing connections to other brands or business units. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Proficient in Veeva CRM, Network, and Align configuration. - Ability to translate business needs into technical user stories and requirements. - Familiarity with data integration concepts and external system connectors. - Time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Veeva or Salesforce CRM solutions. - Relevant certifications such as Veeva CRM Administrator or Salesforce Administrator preferred. ---
