**Job title** Machine Learning Engineer – Training Performance **Role Summary** Optimize large‑scale GPU training pipelines to increase model throughput and reduce time‑to‑train. Profile and identify bottlenecks, implement architectural and code‑level improvements, and build observability tooling to continuously track MFU and other performance metrics.
