**Job Title:** Indirect Purchasing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads end‑to‑end procurement and contract management for indirect spend categories (marketing, HR/People services, facilities, SaaS/IT, security). Partners with internal stakeholders to secure cost‑effective sourcing, ensure compliance, and drive vendor performance in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, focusing on indirect categories.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, manage contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) and maintain supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset for cost analysis, benchmarking, and spend optimization.
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence across multiple business functions.
- High organization, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Source, negotiate, and contract for indirect categories (marketing, HR, facilities, SaaS/IT, security).
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with legal support.
- Track contract renewals, manage renegotiations, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation for compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, and align purchases with priorities.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, risk assessments, and issue escalations.
- Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and implement spend‑tracking, vendor scorecards, and lifecycle management.
- Support budget planning and forecasting for indirect spend.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal, finance, and security compliance standards.
- Promote consistent procurement processes and governance across functions.
**Required Skills:**
- Procurement and contract management expertise in indirect spend.
- In‑depth knowledge of SaaS/software, marketing services, HR/People services, facilities, and security contracts.
- Advanced negotiation and commercial agreement skills.
- Familiarity with contract law and collaboration with legal teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with ERP, procurement, or contract management systems (preferred).
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
