**Job Title:** IT Automation Test Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases for mobile and web applications within the health‑care domain, ensuring functional, performance, and reliability standards are met. Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and development partners to define testing strategies, manage test artifacts, and report defects.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end test coverage for new features and regressions.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation.
- Provide actionable metrics and reports to drive quality decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain test scenarios in TestLink and manage test execution.
- Execute functional, non‑functional, regression, integration, load, performance, and end‑to‑end tests on mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, QTP, or similar.
- Develop and maintain API test suites in SoapUI/Postman.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Use JMeter for performance testing and generate performance reports.
- Manage test artifacts and documentation in JIRA/Xray/Confluence.
- Coordinate test scheduling, resource allocation, and test progress with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Track defects in Jira, collaborate with devs on root‑cause analysis, and verify fixes.
- Define and enforce quality criteria, SMART KPIs, and dashboards.
- Mentor junior testers and promote quality best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of organizational testing policies and tools.
**Required Skills:**
- **Testing Tools:** Cypress, Selenium, QTP, SoapUI, Postman, TestRail, Redmine, TestLink, JIRA/Xray, Confluence, JMeter.
- **Programming/Markup:** Basic Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON.
- **Automation:** 5+ years of end‑to‑end automation experience, CI/CD integration.
- **Methodologies:** Agile/Scrum, TMAP Next, ISTQB.
- **Frameworks:** Test management, test automation, performance testing.
- **Process Modeling:** BPMN notation.
- **Soft Skills:** Analytical mindset, detail oriented, excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration.
- **Languages:** Fluent in French or Dutch (active), understanding of the other; English active.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ISTQB Certified Tester (minimum Foundation or Advanced level).
- TMAP Next certification (preferred).
