Solution Architect, Pre‑Sales
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end pre‑sales activities for B2B SaaS deals (€80k–€200k+). Translate complex customer conversion and compliance challenges into technical and functional solutions, drive RFP responses, manage demos, and serve as the technical backbone for sales, partners, and product feedback loops.
**Expectations**
- Close deals worth €80k–€200k+ with cycles of 4–18 months.
- Own the pre‑sales process across direct and channel customers.
- Deliver compelling, customized demos and technical collateral.
- Provide clear, accurate RFP/RFI responses and competitive narratives.
- Influence product roadmap through prospect‑centric feedback.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pre‑sales Process Ownership** – Drive the entire pre‑sales cycle for direct and channel customers.
- **Discovery & Solutioning** – Conduct discovery sessions, map pain points, and design tailored integration solutions (compliance workflows, architecture).
- **Product Demonstrations** – Create and present demos tailored to technical teams, compliance officers, and C‑level audiences.
- **RFP/RFI Management** – Lead functional and technical sections, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Technical Sales Enablement** – Act as the sales team’s technical point of contact, produce collateral, maintain demo environments, and author internal documentation.
- **Product Feedback Loop** – Capture technical blockers, feature requests, competitive insights, and integration challenges for the product team.
- **Partner Enablement** – Provide functional training and documentation to channel partners and integrators.
**Required Skills**
- 2–4 years of pre‑sales/solutions engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven RFP/RFI management and cross‑functional coordination.
- Hands‑on system configuration, testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and SaaS architecture.
- Excellent communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self‑starter: autonomous, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications required; industry knowledge in financial crime, fraud, AML, banking, or payments is a plus.
