Job Description

Job title: Functional Cybersecurity Project Manager Role Summary: Lead and manage a portfolio of cybersecurity certification projects, coordinating audits and evaluations across ISO 27001, HDS, AI products, POS systems, and ANSSI standards, while developing new cybersecurity and AI services and delivering client training. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end project management for 40+ client engagements; coordinate audits, certifications, and assessments for ISO, HDS, AI, and ANSSI frameworks; expand service portfolio in cybersecurity and AI; facilitate training for industrial clients; execute audits worldwide; provide clear, data‑driven leadership and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of 40 clients and their certification projects. - Coordinate and conduct audits and assessments for ISO 27001, HDS, AI products, POS systems, and ANSSI standards (SecNumCloud, PDIS, CSPN, CC). - Develop and launch new cybersecurity and AI service offerings. - Deliver training programs to industrial clients. - Ensure global audit execution (France, Europe, worldwide). - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain project schedules. - Provide clear, data‑driven communication and leadership to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Strong project management with multi‑disciplinary teams. - Knowledge of IT architecture, cloud, and software fundamentals. - B2 level English proficiency. - Ability to translate complex audit and certification requirements into actionable plans. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. - Familiarity with cybersecurity trust certifications and frameworks. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science or related field. - Experience in IT project management, ISO 27001 certification projects, or audit. - Optional: Lead Auditor, PASSI Level 5, or equivalent certification. - Optional: Experience with ANSSI standards (SecNumCloud, PDIS, CSPN, CC).
