Job Title: Director of Technology
Role Summary:
Senior leader responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing a 3‑year technology transformation strategy that aligns with business objectives across a multi‑office agency. Drives innovation, data architecture, and process optimization while ensuring security, compliance, and cost‑effective delivery.
Expectations:
- Deliver a comprehensive, executed technology roadmap that supports agency growth and differentiates service offerings.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration, positioning technology as a strategic partner to all business units.
- Manage technology budget, procurement, and vendor relations to maximize ROI.
- Maintain compliance with legal, industry, and internal security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain the 3‑year Technology Transformation Strategy and roadmap.
- Analyze and optimize administrative, commercial, and operational workflows using emerging technologies and best practices.
- Design and implement a robust data architecture for real‑time analytics, actionable insights, and decision support.
- Serve as the technology voice within senior leadership and across the agency, fostering collaboration and cultural alignment.
- Build and manage the technology team structure, including roles, responsibilities, and performance governance.
- Create and oversee the technology budget, aligning spend with strategic priorities and delivering cost efficiencies.
- Lead tendering, contract negotiations, SLAs, and supplier management to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Enforce security and compliance policies, conducting regular assessments and implementing corrective actions.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
