Job Description: **Job Title:** R&D PLM Project Manager (H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the operational deployment of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system within an industrial environment, coordinating R&D activities, data migration, workflow optimization, post‑Go‑Live support, and ERP integration across phased releases scheduled for 2026. **Expactations:** - Immediate availability. - French nationality required; National Defence clearance – “Secret Defence”. - 3–5 years of confirmed experience on industrial PLM projects, including multiple releases. - Proven expertise in data migration and BOM structuring (CADBOM, eBOM, mBOM). - Ability to bridge business and IT functions, animate workshops, evaluate solutions, and prioritize tasks. - Proficiency with PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, 3DX, or equivalent). - Strong command of Excel and project‑tracking tools. - Autonomous, meticulous, with excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills. - Fluent in French; operational level in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead R&D‑related PLM deployment phases in collaboration with IT and Process & Tools teams. - Oversee migration and structuring of CADBOM, eBOM, mBOM data; participate in migration testing. - Facilitate business workshops, manage Q&A sessions, and disseminate knowledge to stakeholders. - Optimize PLM workflows and configure user access. - Provide post‑Go‑Live operational support and integrate PLM with ERP systems. - Prepare and deliver regular progress, risk, and corrective action reports. - Maintain clear cross‑functional communication and project visibility. **Required Skills:** - Project management in industrial PLM environments. - Expertise in PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, 3DX, etc.). - Data migration and BOM structuring knowledge. - Workshop facilitation and stakeholder liaison. - Excel proficiency and experience with project‑tracking tools. - Self‑drive, analytical precision, and strong oral/written communication. - Bilingual in French (native) and English (operational). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree or equivalent. - Minimum 3–5 years of proven PLM implementation experience. - National Defence clearance – Secret Defence.
