Job Description: Job title: Graphic Designer / UX‑UI Designer Role Summary: Design interactive, visually engaging web and mobile interfaces while creating supporting graphic assets. Balance artistic creativity with usability principles to deliver intuitive and accessible digital products. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and accessibility standards. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback. - Maintain consistent visual language across projects and keep up‑to‑date with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. - Design original illustrations, icons, and UI assets that support product branding and usability. - Participate in UX workshops, user research, and usability testing to inform iterative design decisions. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual specifications. - Manage design deliverables within project timelines and maintain organized design systems. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in digital illustration (characters, icons, pictograms). - Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms. - Strong understanding of ergonomics, usability, and digital accessibility guidelines. - Expert use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and graphic tablets. - Creative, autonomous, meticulous, and a strong team player. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, UX/UI, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital interface design and/or graphic illustration.
