Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Role Summary:
Deliver a 100% remote, AI‑powered user interface project for a biopharmaceutical company. Act as the primary liaison between technical resources and business stakeholders, balancing 80% project management with 20% business analysis responsibilities across a compressed launch timeline.
Expectations:
- Complete delivery of the AI UI tool within the scheduled December 2025 deadline, with potential extension to cover additional countries up to June 2026.
- Maintain adherence to project governance, risk, and change management processes.
- Provide clear, concise status communication to all stakeholders and drive hyper‑care support post‑launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Define and implement project governance models and reporting cadences.
- Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and deliverables; update schedules accordingly.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Serve as single point of contact for project status updates and stakeholder inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, and technical documentation (URIs, BRDs, test cases).
- Utilize client‑approved tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Project management, stakeholder management, and business/process analysis.
- Technical writing for requirements and test documentation.
- Experience leading AI or machine‑learning projects within a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end development lifecycle and Agile practices.
- Strong risk, issue, and change management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and governance.
- Skilled in using JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PPT, and Excel.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
