Job Description
**Job title** Car Fleet Associate **Role Summary** Provide first‑line support for all employee car fleet inquiries, manage the full lifecycle of corporate vehicles, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Act as the central point of contact within the HR Service Delivery ecosystem while maintaining accurate fleet records and delivering timely reporting to stakeholders. **Expactations** - Serve as the primary touch‑point for employees on car availability, maintenance, allowances, and policy queries, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, payroll, benefits, logistics, and other cross‑functional teams to coordinate fleet operations and onboarding processes. - Deliver timely, accurate reports and documentation in multiple formats to support decision‑making and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to and resolve all car fleet related inquiries and incidents at first contact. - Manage new‑hire and onboarding vehicle assignments, re‑ordering upon lease termination, and reallocation processes. - Maintain and audit vehicle records using fleet management systems and cross‑check against contractual and legal requirements. - Coordinate order of vehicles, handling of parking fines, congestion charges, fuel cards, risk management, and reallocation. - Prepare daily, weekly, and ad‑hoc fleet reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and system usage. **Required Skills** - Proven experience working in a company car or fleet environment. - Strong query resolution, process administration, and customer service skills. - Familiarity with fleet management and case management systems (knowledge desirable). - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks on short notice. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific degree required; relevant experience in fleet or vehicle management is essential. - Certification in fleet or transportation management preferred but not mandatory.
