Job Description: **Job Title** Oracle ERP EBS Order Management Lead **Role Summary** Lead functional design, implementation, and go‑live of Oracle EBS Order Management on R12 for the French market. Coordinate onsite stakeholders and offshore delivery, ensure alignment with business processes, and deliver audit‑ready documentation. **Expectations** * Deliver a fully functional OM solution that meets business and ERP capabilities. * Manage end‑to‑end functional phases: fit‑gap, design, build, testing, cutover, and go‑live. * Mitigate functional risks and resolve issues promptly. * Support end‑user training and change management. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyze current R12 solution and templates. 2. Design and validate functional specifications for OM, inventory, procurement (drop‑ship), and shipping modules. 3. Translate business needs into actionable offshore tasks; review specs, test scripts, and deliverables. 4. Lead onsite UAT/SIT, coordinate defect triage, and ensure timely resolution. 5. Oversee data migration planning, execution, and validation. 6. Maintain audit‑ready functional documentation and adhere to governance, change control, and QA processes. 7. Facilitate workshops, requirement gatherings, and solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders. 8. Provide training support and change‑management facilitation. **Required Skills** * 8‑10+ years functional consulting and solution architecture. * Deep expertise in Oracle R12 EBS Order Management, Inventory, Procurement (drop‑ship), and Shipping. * Proven experience in multiple Oracle R12 implementations. * Hands‑on configuration and solution development for OM and related modules. * Strong knowledge of O2C, A2R cycles, and RICEW methodology. * Experience managing offshore delivery models. * Fluent in French and English (written and verbal). * Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management certification preferred. * Additional Oracle R12 functional certifications (e.g., Procurement, Inventory) are a plus.
