**Job Title** Digital Acquisition Project Manager – AI / Automation / Data (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and optimize the company’s digital acquisition across SEA, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate, and Partnerships. Drive end‑to‑end performance, develop data‑driven insights, and design automation/AI workflows to increase efficiency and ROI. Operate cross‑functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and ROI. - Own campaign performance and continuous optimization. - Deploy and maintain AI/automation solutions that streamline workflows. - Provide actionable data insights and dashboards to inform strategy. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate, Partnerships). 2. Track, analyze, and report KPI performance; identify and implement optimization opportunities. 3. Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives: tracking setup, attribution models, A/B testing, and ROI dashboards. 4. Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, or similar tools. 5. Integrate AI into acquisition channels to enhance campaign performance. 6. Monitor and report automation impact; iterate tools and processes accordingly. 7. Lead SEO strategy: audit, benchmark, content planning, and performance reporting. 8. Collaborate with content, UX, and technical teams to improve organic traffic and blog audience. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years of digital acquisition experience across SEA, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate, and SEO. - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in GA4, advanced Excel, and Looker (or equivalent). - Proficient in automation platforms (Make, Zapier) and AI tools (ChatGPT, similar). - Ability to script/deploy workflows and translate data insights into action. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Curiosity, autonomy, organizational flair, and versatility across multiple projects. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
