**Job title:** Data Science Engineer (F/M/X)
**Role Summary:**
Lead data science projects for clients across retail, insurance, telecom, and automotive sectors. Design, implement, and industrialise ML/DL models, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate results to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable business value through data‑driven insights.
- Build custom solutions, adapt to diverse client environments, and continuously learn emerging AI technologies.
- Communicate effectively in English; articulate findings in lay terms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Frame project scopes for Data Science & AI initiatives.
- Acquire, explore, and audit large datasets; design data‑prep pipelines.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and fine‑tune ML/DL models (including NLP, CV, generative AI).
- Interpret model outputs, synthesize results, and present to business teams.
- Operationalise models using MLOps/DevOps practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD, DAG orchestration).
- Participate in R&D labs, hackathons, and post‑project reviews.
- Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
**Required Skills:**
- >3 years of data science experience in consultancy or industry.
- End‑to‑end project delivery: data prep, modelling, deployment.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and relational database principles.
- Strong grasp of ML fundamentals (regression, classification, time‑series).
- Advanced expertise in DL, NLP, CV, generative AI, information retrieval.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Experience with MLOps tooling: Git, Docker, workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
- Excellent analytical, synthesising, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree or engineering school diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
