About the Company

Our job is to be a matchmaker between talent & companies, and make it work.
But when it comes to people, there are no absolute rules.

The right talent is not always the most experienced.
We believe motivation is more valuable than the resume.

We believe the best work experience has to be the next one.

In consultancy, we flip the theory.

We have developed a different model, driven by the motivation of the consultant as first factor of success of a project. We proactively manage the "stretch" on the missions in order to ensure proactive delivery on the one hand and growth of the employee's competences and learnability on the other hand.

Our consultants work on the bridge between Technology, Data and Business. We help our clients to change and evolve.

In an everchanging world, we believe that the capacity to adapt is a key competence.
