Job Title: Workday Test Lead Role Summary: Lead the definition, planning, and execution of testing activities for the Workday programme, ensuring end‑to‑end quality across on‑site, offshore, and business teams. Expectations: Provide test strategy ownership, maintain rigorous governance, and deliver defect‑free releases within agreed timelines while mentoring offshore testers.
