Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Intern – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract **Role Summary:** Provide hands‑on support to the Field Service IT Solutions team by implementing, maintaining, and testing Salesforce and SAP digital solutions. Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional configurations, produce training and process documentation, and contribute to data analysis and reporting for consumer service operations. **Expectations:** - Complete assigned projects within defined timelines while maintaining high quality standards. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn, adaptability, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, international setting. - Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and end users. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Assist with the implementation and day‑to‑day maintenance of Salesforce and SAP modules in the Field Service domain. 2. Analyze business requirements, document user needs, and map them to IT functionalities. 3. Participate in system testing, validating configurations and ensuring accuracy and quality. 4. Create and update training materials, user guides, and process documentation. 5. Support data analysis and reporting related to consumer service operations. 6. Offer process improvement ideas to enhance system efficiency and user experience. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn new technologies. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. **Basic Knowledge (Desirable):** - Academic or practical exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), databases, or business process management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with a CRM or ERP system is advantageous.
