**Job Title:**
Social Media & Content Executive
**Role Summary:**
Creates, publishes, and optimizes engaging on‑brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to shape the firm’s digital voice and support internal communications.
**Expectations:**
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, communications, or a creative role.
- Proven creative confidence and fresh thinking; sector experience not required.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce high‑quality social media, internal, and digital campaign content.
- Grow and manage the firm’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and new platforms.
- Film, edit, and photograph video and photo content; support shoots and events.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance, understand algorithms, identify trends, and optimise content.
- Write concise, engaging copy for captions and campaign messaging; maintain detail orientation.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, digital, and senior stakeholders to align content with broader initiatives.
- Support internal communications and people‑focused storytelling.
- Advise colleagues on digital best practices, personal branding, and social media presence.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong video, photo, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficient with social media analytics, engagement strategies, and platform trends.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and attention‑to‑detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram; growing interest in YouTube and podcasts.
- Organizational, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Relevant tertiary education, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
