Job Description
**Job Title:** E‑Commerce Intern (Stage Chargé E‑Commerce H/F) **Role Summary:** Support the Marketing & Digital department in developing and managing the Galeries Lafayette e‑commerce site. Analyze product catalogue performance, contribute to merchandising optimization, create creative briefs, monitor competition, and collaborate across e‑commerce functions to drive sales and brand visibility. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate agility in taking on new challenges. - Work collaboratively and actively involve team members in projects. - Show a proactive, results‑oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze product catalogue and category performance; generate merchandising optimization recommendations. - Produce creative briefs for design teams. - Conduct continuous competitive intelligence monitoring. - Coordinate with e‑commerce departments (web design, email, acquisition, SEO, social media, IT) to ensure coherent communications and effective product placements. - Plan, implement, and evaluate trade‑marketing initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven mindset. - Proficiency with digital tools; experience with a CMS and/or Contentsquare is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Ability to create clear creative briefs and present recommendations. - Team‑player with good interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (BAC +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field (e.g., Grande École de commerce). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or projects in e‑commerce/digital marketing preferred.
