**Job Title:** Storage & Backup Systems Engineer (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Provide support, administration, and maintenance of Linux‑based backup and storage infrastructure (Veeam, Rubrik, Scality, TSM, Pure Storage, etc.). Lead integration and migration projects, ensure security, availability, and compliance, automate deployments with Ansible and scripting, document procedures, and advise on data management best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support, administer, and operate backup/storage platforms on Linux (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu Server).
- Pilot integration and migration projects for backup and storage solutions.
- Ensure platform security, availability, and regulatory compliance.
- Industrialize and automate recurring deployments and operations using Ansible, Shell/Python.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to monitoring dashboards.
- Counsel project teams on data governance, backup best practices, and system optimization.
**Required Skills:**
- Linux systems (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu Server).
- Backup solutions: Veeam, Rubrik, TSM/NetBackup.
- Storage arrays: Scality, Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC.
- Automation/scripting: Ansible, Python, Bash, Shell.
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V.
- Monitoring: Centreon, Grafana, Zabbix.
- Cloud concepts: AWS and Azure fundamentals.
- Knowledge of security, availability, and compliance frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Veeam Certified Engineer, Rubrik Certified Administrator, NetBackup, Linux Professional Institute).
