**Job Title**
Marketing Specialist – AI (Generative AI)
**Role Summary**
The Marketing Specialist – AI will drive go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and execution for new generative AI and creation tools on YouTube Shorts. Working closely with Product, Creative, Social/Influencer, PR, Partnerships, Legal and external agencies, the role blends strategic planning, content development, messaging, and project coordination to launch and promote AI‑powered creative products to consumers and creators.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality GTM plans and campaign assets on schedule.
- Translate complex AI features into concise, compelling messaging for consumer and creator audiences.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting milestones in a fast‑paced environment.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and maintain strong agency relationships to ensure seamless program execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **GTM Execution** – Lead coordination and execution of GTM plans for new AI and creation tools, managing timelines, partner coordination, and asset delivery.
2. **Content Strategy & Development** – Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Product to identify content gaps, develop campaigns, and drive engagement across all channels.
3. **Messaging & Positioning** – Create naming, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new product features, ensuring consistency across messaging assets.
4. **Project Management** – Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, evaluate program performance, and report progress to stakeholders.
5. **Agency & Partner Management** – Build and manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaign and program execution aligns with brand and product standards.
6. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Work closely with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to align GTM strategy with product roadmaps, consumer insights, and market trends.
**Required Skills**
- 4–7+ years marketing experience in tech or media, focused on GTM for consumer or creator products.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI landscape and its creative tool applications.
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Research teams internally and externally.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills; ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
- Excellent project management: create plans, track milestones, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous, highly organized, and collaborative problem‑solving mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Creative discipline, or MBA (preferred).
- No specific certifications required; knowledge of data tools (SQL, data science, research) is a plus.
