**Job title**
Central and Southern European Marketing Manager – France
**Role Summary**
Lead B2B channel and end‑user marketing across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Malta. Build and execute a regional marketing strategy that drives revenue through distributors, resellers and end users, supporting new product launches and brand awareness.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth in channel partnership revenue and end‑user demand.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, central marketing, agencies) to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and MDF allocation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, plan and implement integrated Southern European marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, paid media).
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and senior distributor/reseller executives to co‑create and launch joint initiatives.
- Create and distribute e‑mail, landing pages, website content, PR material, and social media assets.
- Oversee digital marketing operations: HubSpot automation, programmatic, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Organise and coordinate partner and end‑user roadshows and training events across the region.
- Manage marketing budgets, including MDF funds and partner support.
- Delegate creative and execution work to central design, digital teams and external agencies.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.
- Support the European Marketing Director with strategic initiatives and reporting.
**Required Skills**
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in additional Southern European languages is an advantage.
- Campaign strategy and execution in B2B channel and end‑user markets.
- Digital marketing expertise: HubSpot, programmatic, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and data‑driven intent marketing.
- Content creation across email, web, PR, and social media.
- Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with marketing tech stack.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MCIM or equivalent experience considered).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing, Google Ads, or digital marketing credentials) are a plus.
