**Job Title**
Data Offer Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the creation, development, and profitability of a Data offering within the BSD division. Define strategic direction, structure the portfolio, expand customer base beyond the legacy client, and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of data projects while maintaining governance and compliance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a strategically aligned data offering that drives measurable business growth.
- Achieve defined revenue and profitability goals within 6‑12 months.
- Build and nurture a high‑performing data team through recruitment and development.
- Maintain rigorous data governance and regulatory compliance (GDPR, security).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define data strategy, roadmap, and market positioning (sectors, technologies, services).
- Structure and price the data offer, including partnerships and service bundles.
- Establish performance metrics and perform regular tracking.
- Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee end‑to‑end data projects: collection, ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.
- Design target architectures; support deployment of cloud, big‑data, and AI platforms.
- Expand the client portfolio through prospecting, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and close deals.
- Develop financial scenarios (optimistic, realistic, pessimistic) and track profitability.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, delivery, HR) and contribute to talent acquisition and up‑skilling.
**Required Skills**

- Expertise in BI, Big Data, AI, and Cloud technologies.
- Deep knowledge of data governance principles and relevant regulations (GDPR, security).
- Proven experience designing and managing complete data solutions and platforms.

- Experience developing and leading data product offerings or business units.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, or data governance credentials) are advantageous.
