Job Description
Job Title: Head of Impulse Role Summary: Lead the strategy, performance, and operations of Wholesale/Convenience, Foodservice, and QSR channels for the company's juice portfolio. Own ~40% of total sales, drive growth, and ensure profitable execution at the point of purchase. Manage a direct team and coordinate cross‑functional functions to align with commercial objectives. Expectations: - Deliver financial targets (revenue, margin) and commercial KPIs for impulse channels. - Accelerate expansion in Foodservice/QSR and optimize the customer pipeline. - Build high‑performance teams, fostering talent development and a culture of transparency. - Serve as the internal ambassador for channel strategy and the external voice for the category. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel strategy and customer portfolio, deciding “where to play & how to win.” - Own the impulse account‑planning process, setting and achieving financial and external metrics. - Drive operational and financial efficiency through sales‑process KPIs. - Translate consumer insights into category‑based selling and creative in‑store campaigns. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to secure alignment and resource allocation. - Lead a team of Account Controllers, Senior Account Managers, and Account Executives. - Elevate the brand’s profile across all impulse channels. Required Skills: - Senior leadership with proven experience in Foodservice / Away‑from‑Home channels. - Strong business acumen: revenue forecasting, margin management, and KPI ownership. - Strategic thinker who can translate insight into actionable channel plans. - Excellent communication, influence, and networking abilities. - Ability to manage a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and think creatively for problem solving. - Talent‑development mindset and experience building high‑performing teams. - Proficiency in data‑driven decision making and performance tracking. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). - Current or prior role as a Channel or Customer Controller at a senior level. - MBA or related advanced business qualification preferred (not mandatory).
