Job Description
**Job Title:** Aviation Security Capacity-Building Specialist **Role Summary** Lead the design and delivery of aviation security capacity-building initiatives for partner states, with a focus on training, expert collaboration, and performance evaluation to strengthen international civil aviation security frameworks. **Expectations** Work autonomously to execute capacity-building plans, including training delivery, documentation, and reporting. Support project implementation via analysis, feedback integration, and stakeholder coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and deliver on-site and virtual aviation security training (courses, webinars) and associated documentation. - Conduct technical briefings for ECAC/Partner State experts. - Evaluate capacity-building activities via KPIs, surveys, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Prepare reports, assessments, and communication materials (e.g., social media content). - Support all project-related tasks to meet EU-funded initiative objectives by November 2028. **Required Skills** - Expertise in aviation security fields (e.g., risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, ICAO audits). - Training design and delivery experience in aviation security. - Analytical and problem-solving skills for performance evaluation. - Strong communication, networking, and planning skills. - Ability to work in multinational teams and adapt to global project needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or equivalent (Aviation, Engineering, Law, etc.) and 4+ years in civil aviation. - Training/certification as ISO/ICAO auditor strongly preferred. - Proficiency in English (C1) required; basic French (A1) required by probation end.
