Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: 6‑month contract to design, build, and maintain high‑security Go microservices and distributed systems in AWS, including API development, container orchestration, and network troubleshooting. Expactations: Deliver production‑ready Go code, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, architect secure APIs, deploy to AWS, manage Docker/Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot network and security issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and deploy Go microservices and libraries for production use. - Perform code reviews and uphold team coding standards and best practices. - Architect, build, and operate large‑scale distributed systems. - Design and implement secure APIs, applying PKI and security best practices. - Evaluate and implement testing approaches for cloud and embedded environments. - Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployment and operation in production. - Deploy and secure applications and data in AWS cloud environments. - Troubleshoot network issues involving routers, firewalls, and switches. Job title: ITSM Developer (Atlassian, JIRA) Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management workflows and automations on Atlassian platform, focusing on hardware failure ticketing and incident response. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement automation-first solutions that increase efficiency and scalability. Expectations: Deliver reliable, scalable Jira customizations, integrations, and performance dashboards; continuously improve processes through automation; maintain clear documentation; support incident lifecycle and KPI tracking. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement advanced Jira workflows, automation rules, and custom fields for hardware failure tracking and incident management. - Develop and maintain integrations between Jira, Confluence, and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting. - Build real‑time dashboards and reports for incident visibility, KPIs, and operational performance. - Collaborate with infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities and refine operational workflows. - Document workflows, automations, procedures, and best practices; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
