**Job title:** UX Researcher **Role Summary:** Conducts comprehensive user research to inform design decisions for digital healthcare and pharmaceutical products, translating insights into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams. Collaborates closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure research findings align with business objectives and user needs. **Expectations:** Deliver high‑quality research outcomes within agreed timelines, maintain rigorous research standards, and actively participate in design team meetings.
