**Job title** Sales Assistant – Luxury Fragrance Retail **Role Summary** Support the daily operations of a high‑end fragrance boutique by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the brand’s premium image is upheld. Required to meet personal and store sales targets, manage customer relationships, and execute the brand’s sales rituals. **Expectations** - Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales quotas. - Meet personal KPI objectives related to revenue, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction. - Operate within the framework of the Store Manager’s business plan and omnichannel strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct product presentations and provide tailored fragrance recommendations to clients. - Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels in alignment with brand guidelines. - Execute the “Brand Selling Ceremony” to deliver a premium buying experience. - Manage the customer relationship management system, logging interactions and follow‑ups. - Collaborate with team members to monitor store performance and propose improvement actions. - Handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and gift‑card processing. - Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and product launches. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (additional languages desirable). - Problem‑solving mindset with strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems; experience with CRM tools is a plus. - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - No specific certifications required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
