Job Description
Job Title: Client Advisor Role Summary: The Client Advisor provides high‑level customer service and brand promotion for a luxury fashion house. They manage daily boutique operations, nurture client relationships, and drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and maintaining product expertise. Expectations: - Deliver exceptional service to VIP and new customers. - Exemplify brand values and maintain store standards. - Utilize CRM systems to manage client files and follow‑up. - Achieve and exceed sales KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily boutique functions including sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising. - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, acting as Brand Ambassador. - Stay current on new collections, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge. - Manage CRM entries, client books, and after‑sales follow‑up. - Collaborate with colleagues and management to uphold quality standards. Required Skills: - Minimum 4 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail. - Proven track record of working with KPIs and CRM tools. - Ability to schedule and manage client appointments. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in French and English. - Strong sales orientation and customer‑centric mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion, Business, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in Retail Management, Luxury Brand Sales, or CRM usage are advantageous.
