**Job Title**
Data Analyst & Insights (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Support the company’s growth by providing deep data‑driven insights into panel performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other business units to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive decision‑making.
**Expectations**

- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Maintain data integrity, consistency, and security across all datasets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse panel data (CRM, digital, survey, navigation) to profile participants and uncover business potential.
- Understand business challenges across functions (marketing, operations) and design data‑centric methodological approaches.
- Conduct marketing analytics: segmentation, scoring, profiling, customer‑value analysis, CRM plan evaluation.
- Develop solutions using SQL, Python, or R; perform statistical tests, regressions, clustering, and basic machine‑learning modeling.
- Create KPI definitions and build dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Manage multiple requests, estimate effort, and track progress as a business analyst.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, significance, regression, decision trees, clustering, and basic ML.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizing data with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights.
- Project management skills: prioritisation, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Equivalent to a Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Bac + 5).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a market‑research or agency environment.
- Certifications in data science or analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are desirable.
