Job Description
Job Title: System Engineer – Integration and Test Role Summary: Lead the integration, verification, and validation of flight simulation hardware and software subsystems. Ensure systems meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards while driving customer acceptance and issue resolution. Expectations: - Deliver fully integrated flight simulation systems that comply with industry and regulatory requirements. - Maintain high quality and reliability through rigorous testing and continuous improvement. - Provide first‑line support to customers during acceptance and resolve performance issues swiftly. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and oversee integration procedures for hardware and software subsystems. - Develop and execute test plans for verification, validation, and system performance assessment. - Prepare detailed test reports, highlight deviations, and recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate with quality assurance teams to validate compliance with industry standards. - Act as primary customer liaison during acceptance, conduct system demos, and secure sign‑off. - Document, track, and manage issues; lead cross‑functional resolution efforts. Required Skills: - Systems integration & test engineering in aerospace/flight simulation environments. - Strong knowledge of hardware–software integration, configuration management, and root‑cause analysis. - Proficiency in test management tools, scripting, and data analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑first mindset. - Ability to work independently, own objectives, and move swiftly in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Experience with flight simulation technology and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA). - Certifications such as ISO 9001, CSM, PMP, or equivalent may be considered a plus.
